Lower Cost Art Therapy Sessions: Coco, our practicum art therapist from Vancouver Art Therapy Institute is taking on new clients! Art Therapy sessions with her will be between $50-80 (+gst). Free 50 minute intake session.

Available Therapists: Our Registered Clinical Counsellors Sun, Maryam, and Xu are taking on new clients at this time! Counsellors with limited spots for new clients are Linda and Stephanie.

In-person sessions: Mondays and Tuesdays: Sun (Monday mornings), Coco (Tuesday mornings), Stephanie (from 2pm); Wednesdays: Linda; Thursdays: Maryam (mornings), Natasha (evening); Fridays: Natasha; Saturdays: Sun; Sundays: Maryam

New Clients: Please book 48+ hours prior to an appointment time (email our admin Shannon at hello@deciphercounselling.com for any questions). Please email your counsellor directly if you need to reschedule.

Increasing rates: From May 1st 2024, Stephanie’s rate for new clients will be $160. Existing clients of Stephanie’s will be kept at her old rate.

She is interested in helping clients with life transitions, identity, anxiety, depression, family issues, substance-use/recovery, and grief + loss.

Linda Lin (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist. She works with individuals who experience anxiety, trauma, racial identity, disordered eating and body image concerns. She works creatively with her clients from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, Health At Every Size and intersectional approach towards embodied healing.

Stephanie Ng (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges and family concerns. She speaks fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Natasha (she/her) is a Splatsin First Nations and European counsellor and committed to helping decolonize the field of counselling and to help create a healing space for BIPOC individuals to heal from intergenerational trauma. She strives to create a space where her clients feel they can take their masks off, be themselves and truly breathe.
