She offers a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard and supported. Michelle (she/her) is a queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill student counsellor and eldest daughter of non-English speaking Korean immigrants. She brings a decade of experience supporting survivors of sexual & gender-based violence and folks navigating trauma, substance use, poverty, and systemic harm. Her trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach centres warmth, curiosity, and co-creating space for authenticity, connection, and meaning-making. Michelle works with teens and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, chronic pain, gender-based violence, and intergenerational harm, with a focus on self-compassion and reclaiming what has felt lost or silenced.
