Lower Cost: $40-80 counselling and art therapy sessions with our interns, Michelle and Nikki! Please email hello@deciphercounselling.com for more info.

Off Screen Hours: digital detox workshops on Fridays, 3-5pm (weekly until Feb 2026)

Breaks/OOO: Annie is away on Jan 16. Natasha is OOO during Jan 19 - Feb 2. Linda is on break from March 5 - April 2. Coco is OOO from March 8th - April 1st.
