Lower Cost Art Therapy Sessions: Chloe, our counselling art therapist from Adler University is offering free intake sessions (50 min) for new clients! Art Therapy sessions with Chloe are by-donation from $40-80 (+gst). Coco, a newly Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, is offering a rate of $100 until May 1st. After that, the rate will increase to $150.
No more GST: The RCCs and CCCs on our team do not charge GST on their services (start date Dec 20th 2024)

Chloe (she/her) is a counselling art therapy intern from Adler University's Master of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy program. She aims to foster an inclusive and culturally-respectful space for self-expression and growth, to support others in navigating challenges and achieving goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, bicultural expectations, or seeking personal development, Chloe is here to help you out with talk and/or art therapy.
Art Therapy/Counselling Sessions with Coco

Coco is a practicum art therapist from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute and is offering art therapy sessions at a lower rate for folks who would like to explore mental health concerns through making art. Art therapy helps folks explore their inner world, develop greater self-awareness, express their thoughts and feelings into the artwork, access their creativity and better cope with stressors and challenges.
Clinical Counselling with Maryam
*Maryam has limited spots for new clients!
Maryam (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and first-generation South Asian Canadian and works from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. She is interested in helping clients with life transitions, identity, anxiety, depression, family issues, substance-use/recovery, and grief + loss.
Clinical Counselling and Art Therapy with Sun
*Sun is currently accepting new clients!
Sun (they/them) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist, a non-binary Indian immigrant and practice from a trauma-informed, anticolonial approach as well as a phenomenological perspective. Their practice focuses on working with queer PoC youths and adults and they are interested in supporting issues related to navigating identitie(s), systemic barriers and intergenerational traumas. Sun is on the Autism spectrum and is passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals navigate a neurotypical world without compromising their authenticity.
Clinical Counselling and Art Therapy with Linda

Linda Lin (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist. She works with individuals who experience anxiety, trauma, racial identity, disordered eating and body image concerns. She works creatively with her clients from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, Health At Every Size and intersectional approach towards embodied healing.
Clinical Counselling with Caprial

Caprial (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a second-generation Hong Kong settler who works from a trauma-informed, social justice-oriented, and intersectional perspective. She is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating multicultural expectations, dealing with intergenerational trauma, and helping adolescents with disabilities.

Natasha (she/they) is a Splatsin First Nations and European counsellor and committed to helping decolonize the field of counselling and to help create a healing space for BIPOC individuals to heal from intergenerational trauma. She strives to create a space where her clients feel they can take their masks off, be themselves and truly breathe.
